Wow, so winded!
I'm so out of breath in this video, but it's right after my run and I worked really hard. I used www.mapmyrun.com to plan my route today and it was so nice to get and enjoy the unusually nice February weather ;) . Today's run proved that if I want to run in a few races this year I better start hitting the pavement more often. I need to improve my time and my form.
